Care Manager (Residential Aged Care) - QLD
Full Time | Permanent

About the Role: Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Care Manager to lead a Residential Aged Care home in Toowoomba, Queensland.
You will lead and inspire a team of dedicated care staff to deliver exceptional, person-centered care. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, foster a culture of excellence, and oversee the clinical and operational management of our aged care services in Toowoomba.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of care staff and clinical professionals. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care that meets client needs and preferences. Oversee care planning, assessments, and reviews in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards. Manage resources, budgets, and staffing to ensure efficient operations. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the wider community. Maintain compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Foster a workplace culture aligned with the client's values and mission. About You:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience as a Care Manager for at least 2 years. Worked within the Australian Aged Care industry for at least 5 years. Current AHPRA registration. Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development, financial management, and operational efficiency. Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and decision-making abilities. A sound understanding of compliance, governance, and legislative requirements in the aged care sector. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, staff, and external stakeholders. Why Join Us?
