JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 MPOS Functional Consultant specializing in D365 Commerce to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Modern Point of Sale (MPOS) systems for a Pandora retail project. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail operations, D365 Commerce functionality, and MPOS solutions. They will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the MPOS system supports and enhances retail processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Consultation & Business Analysis: Engage with Pandora's business stakeholders to understand retail processes, challenges, and requirements, translating them into functional designs and system configurations. D365 Commerce & MPOS Implementation: Lead the deployment and configuration of Dynamics 365 Commerce and Modern POS solutions to meet Pandora's retail needs. System Customization: Configure and customize the MPOS system in alignment with Pandora's retail processes, including promotions, payments, inventory management, customer engagement, and omnichannel retail experiences. Integration & Testing: Ensure seamless integration of MPOS with other systems, such as back-office, eCommerce platforms, and third-party payment gateways. Lead functional testing and validation processes. Training & Support: Provide training to retail staff and users on the new MPOS functionality. Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting as necessary. Documentation: Create detailed functional documentation, including user guides, training materials, and process flows to ensure accurate knowledge transfer. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and system enhancements, ensuring Pandora's retail system remains optimized for performance and efficiency. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience in Dynamics 365 Commerce implementation projects, with a focus on Modern POS (MPOS). Experience in retail industry projects, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector. Strong understanding of retail business processes (e.g., inventory, sales, promotions, returns, payments). Experience in configuring and customizing D365 Commerce, including MPOS setup. Knowledge of retail integrations (eCommerce, payment gateways, inventory management systems). Ability to analyze and map business processes to system functionality. SOFT SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
