Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising busy workshops, managing daily operations, and leading a team to achieve production goals. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities to ensure efficient operations. Lead and motivate a team of skilled workers to meet production targets to ensure all jobs meet and exceed expectations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee welding operations and ensure quality standards are met (CC2). Familiar with CC2 accreditation preferable. Operate and maintain workshop equipment, including forklifts. Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the structural steel industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Health and safety awareness. Valid forklift license. Welding experience. What We Offer:
