As the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist, you will collaborate with the business to identify their needs and provide expert advice on suitable out-of-the-box solutions on how we can best use Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. You will design, develop, and implement these best-practice, user-friendly solutions.

Key Accountabilities Deliver best-practice solutions in Microsoft 365, including Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Power BI, Dynamics, Canvas, and Model Driven apps. Gain an understanding from the business on existing processes, identify gaps, and opportunities for how Microsoft 365 technology can assist in the resolution. Produce supporting documentation for Dynamics and Power Platform-based solutions. Maintain currency of Dynamics and Power Platform skillset to understand what can be achieved OOTB through configuration and no-code solutions. Provide support for systems in the Digital Workspace landscape. In conjunction with other members, identify and manage the risks involved in providing the technology service and identify emerging and current threats to develop risk treatment plans. Document, analyse, and optimise all defined Apps Dev and Architecture processes for reliable execution. Assist in implementing new processes, features, and tools and document and measure these improvements. Capture user requirements as user stories, develop and document solutions and develop proof of concepts as required. About You Proven hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, including Power Apps both Model driven and Canvas Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate. Proven ability to deliver practical solutions using Dynamics, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online. Experience in setting up and managing Power Platform environments and security, along with advising on Microsoft 365 products. A background in Agile methodology and project governance, with a talent for analysing IT requirements and implementing effective solutions. A goal-oriented mindset, able to solve problems creatively and efficiently. A collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
