As part of this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and external partners to maintain and enhance D365 Financial Operations, ensuring smooth integration with other systems. Your troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support skills will be critical in maintaining the stability and efficiency of the system.DutiesProvide support across D365 Finance and Operations core modules (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets)Manage user requests and triage issues via Service DeskAssist in testing changes and collaborating with vendor partnersTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 releasesCoordinate D365 environment changes with developers, testers, business analysts, and end usersProvide production support and operational maintenance, with occasional on-call supportContribute to knowledge repositories and ensure compliance with best practicesSkills & Experience:Expertise in D365 FinOps or multiple financial solutionsStrong business analysis, product management, and change management skillsProven experience in support management and release management processesExcellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on stakeholder collaborationAre Media is committed to a diverse, respectful, collaborative & inclusive workplace.
