About the role
We are seeking a motivated individual to a, supportive team, providing ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) support across a range of financial operations. As part of this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and external partners to maintain and enhance D365 Financial Operations, ensuring smooth integration with other systems. Your troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support skills will be critical in maintaining the stability and efficiency of the system.
Duties
Provide support across D365 Finance and Operations core modules (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets)
Manage user requests and triage issues via Service Desk
Assist in testing changes and collaborating with vendor partners
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 releases
Coordinate D365 environment changes with developers, testers, business analysts, and end users
Provide production support and operational maintenance, with occasional on-call support
Contribute to knowledge repositories and ensure compliance with best practices
Skills & Experience:
Expertise in D365 FinOps or multiple financial solutions
Strong business analysis, product management, and change management skills
Proven experience in support management and release management processes
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on stakeholder collaboration
