The key focus of this role is to manage electronic direct mail (EDM) and email campaigns allowing us to maximise marketing initiatives through developing automated journeys and capitalising on audience segmentation to boost engagement.
More specifically, you will:
Design and optimise email campaigns that are personalised to target audiencesComplete audience segmentation by dividing audiences into groups and crafting content for each groupUse automation tools in Dynamics 365 to tailor messages based on user preferences and behaviourIdentify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance marketing efficiency and optimisationTrack metrics like open rates and unsubscribes to gauge campaign effectiveness and report to the marketing team about campaign performanceEnsure email workflows integrate seamlessly with other marketing effortsConduct competitive market research to optimise existing strategiesDevelop and maintain functionality to ensure compliance with data protection and cyber security regulationsAbout you You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
In addition, you will:
3+ years experience in marketing automation and analyticsProficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 with the ability to configure and manage Dynamics 365 Marketing including EDM, email campaigns, customer journeys and real-time marketingProven experience in marketing campaign management and email automation focusing on lead capture and lead nurturing campaignsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders of all levelsCreative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target audience groupsStrong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive marketing decisionsInterested?
