Overview
This well-known federal Government Department is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Solution Developer to join their dynamic team as part of our ongoing digital transformation program.
This program focuses on delivering innovative, client-centred solutions using cloud platforms such as Azure, Dynamics 365, and custom web applications.
As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work in an agile environment, collaborating with developers, stakeholders, and the platform architect to deliver high-quality technical solutions using modern development practices and DevOps principles.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute Dynamics CRM-specific recommendations to solution design.
Develop and customise Dynamics CRM solutions.
Analyse systems, resolve technical issues, and document findings.
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to address technical and non-technical requirements.
Enhance team processes and skill sets while working closely with other team members.
Mandatory Qualifications & Skills
Tertiary qualifications in ICT or relevant industry certifications.
Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions developer.
Expertise in modern Microsoft technologies, including .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience in: Configuring and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365.
D365 Customer Engagement, particularly Customer Service.
Extending and automating D365 using: Power Automate, business process flows, and business rules.
JavaScript and plugins.
Function Apps, Logic Apps, and Canvas Apps.
Consuming Web APIs.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Desirable
Familiarity with creating and maintaining DevOps pipelines.
Experience developing web applications using ASP.Net Core and ReactJS.
Job Details
Start Date: December 2024 Contract Duration: Initial 6 months (with a 6-month extension option) Location: ACT, NSW, QLD, VIC (hybrid model; 3 days in-office per week) Security Clearance: Baseline clearance is mandatory.
AGSVA Baseline clearance or above is mandatory for this role.
