Key Responsibilities: Provide recommendations and develop solutions tailored to Dynamics CRM. Customize, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 with tools like Power Automate and JavaScript. Investigate technical issues, conduct system analysis, and document findings. Engage with stakeholders to deliver exceptional, agile-driven outcomes. Essential Criteria: Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer with expertise in .NET Core, C#, and JavaScript. Skilled in D365 Customer Engagement, Power Automate, and other advanced tools. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and Agile methodology knowledge. Background in ICT or relevant industry certifications.
