About the role
Become our new Business Development Manager and drive the growth and success of Dynamic Electricians as we expand our presence in the Shepparton, North Victoria, NE Victoria, Southern NSW, and Central Victoria. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to identify and secure new business opportunities.
What you'll be doing Proactively identify and pursue new lead generation opportunities to drive business growth Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's services Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent account management Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients to secure new business Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the successful delivery of projects for clients Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities Develop new marketing strategies and implement same Set KPI targets and work with the Directors What we're looking for Proven track record in a business development or account management role, preferably within the sales or electrical services industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive new business Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new contracts Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience 3 - 5 years experience at least What we offer
