WHAT IS THE ROLE?

Hands on shift manager; running shifts as well as working along side the entire team
Implementation and following of system & processes
Training staff up to Hot Tamale's high standard
Giving each guest a great experience at Hot Tamale
Start as a Waiter supervisor and the sky's the limit for the right person!

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Min 2 years in a supervisor or higher role
Min 4 years hospitality experience in a restaurant (table service, high volume)
2+ year commitment to the venue
Natural great customer service

Pay: $68,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
