Due to the scheduling of live performances and to support the 7-day Ticketing Services operations, the rostering of hours and days of work for this role will vary each week.
Your Skills and Experience (selection criteria) Substantial experience in delivering customer service for event ticketingDemonstrated experience in effectively leading and improving the performance of a team in a customer service environmentModerate experience in financial reconciliationProven experience in conflict resolution and creative problem solving – a high capacity to solve customer complaintsExcellent planning and organisational skillsExperience in the use of Tessitura will be highly regardedThe Customer Service team sits within the Customer Experience pillar and is responsible for proactively delivering personalised services of value that create the ultimate experience before, during and after each visit.
The team is comprised of service and support teams for Ticketing, Front of House, Car Park, Concierge, Guided Tours and Applications that support all these areas.
