We are seeking an enthusiastic Duty Manager to join the Brothers Sports Club Bundaberg family.
If you're passionate about leadership, providing excellent customer service, and have experience managing hospitality operations, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service across all areas of the club Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve excellent customer service Manage staff scheduling and ensure all shifts are adequately covered Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues efficiently Monitor compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role (preferably in hospitality) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A focus on customer service excellence and teamwork If you're ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and exciting environment, we'd love to hear from you!
