Be part of a values-driven team of successful retailers Weekend - Part-Time - Ongoing Position The Role: Vinnies Victoria is currently looking for a talented Duty Manager to join our vibrant team at our Norlane Shop. In this role, you will lead a team of staff and volunteers who are just as passionate about giving back to their communities as you are.
A hive of activity, this shop is offering a unique opportunity for a retail superstar to take on their next leadership opportunity.
Key accountabilities include: Leading our volunteer team to deliver a memorable experience with our customers Striving for, meeting and beating sales targets Training and supporting our dedicated team of volunteers About You: Retail to you is second nature and if you can channel your extensive experience into directly contributing to the community.
