Duty Manager - Night

Hoppers Crossing Sports Club is searching for a Full Time Duty Manager to join our team and manage night operations at the Club.Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team to deliver smooth and efficient operation of the Club. You will work as part of a team to oversee daily operations, staff management, and customer satisfaction.As part of this position, your work would include:Leading a team to deliver exceptional customer serviceResponsible service of alcohol to members and guestsResponsible service of gaming to members & guestsBar and table serviceFood handling and serviceMaintaining presentation standards of the ClubResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) in Victoria (or a willingness to gain) are essential.
