Job Description

Reporting to the Front Office, this role is integral to the daily operation of the hotel. You will be responsible for the Front Office, Telephones and Concierge functions and will liaise with other Departments to ensure that the hotel maintains five-star standards.
This hands-on leadership role will allow you to share your passion for exceptional service by driving service initiatives and coaching, motivating and engaging your team to ensure that our guests have a memorable experience that makes them feel welcome and valued, exceeding their expectations.

Qualifications

Previous Duty Manager experience preferably within ahotel environmentExceptional communication and interpersonal skills that will see you develop strong rapport with guests and colleaguesA confident and proactive problem solver, with strong conflict resolution skillsThe innate ability to remain calm under pressure and when responding to emergency situationsExceptional time management skills will help you in managing competing priorities in this fast-paced service environmentExcellent attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering 5-star serviceExperience with Opera PMS, and First Aid and CPR is advantageous
