The club is searching for a capable, hands-on Duty Manager to lead by example, fostering an enjoyable and professional atmosphere for both staff and patrons.About the Role:As Duty Manager, you'll be on the floor actively leading the team, supervising up to 20 staff during busy shifts, and ensuring smooth, high-quality service. With a strong focus on floor management, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is team-oriented, and can confidently lead with empathy.
