The Role:

Mandatory Qualifications:
·RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues):Required to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
·Approved Manager's License:Necessary for managing licensed areas and ensuring legal operation.
·RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol):Essential for serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal requirements.
·RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling):Required to oversee gambling activities in a responsible manner.
·CLO (Customer Liaison Officer) Certification:Important for handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively, especially in a licensed venue.
Note:If you do not currently hold all of the mandatory qualifications, you will be required to obtain them before commencing.
