Job OverviewWe are searching for HANDS ON, not office workers, to lead by example and coach the team. Our privately owned pub is experiencing massive growth, located at the northern end of the Gold Coast, and is looking for the right person to show their flair for customer service, who is friendly, welcoming, and professional.The Pub is not a late night 4am finish venue, and we offer flexible hours.Key ResponsibilitiesGaming (Wildcat, TAB & KENO) Transactions, Memberships, Trouble ShootingBistro, Kitchen & Functions (Food Safety Certificate Required for this role)Compliance (Must Have RMLV, RSA, RSG, CLO & Food Safety Certificate)Events, Entertainment & Social Media Highly RegardedCustomer ServiceCoach and lead the teamQualifications & ExperienceFlexibility and availability over a 7 day roster with mostly night shifts.Must have your own reliable transport and open drivers licence.We are willing to pay a higher rate of pay for suitably qualified and experienced candidates.
