The Position We are currently seeking a full-time Duty Manager to play an important role in our leadership team.
The main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Leadership of all team members & functionality within rooms division and management of operations in the absence of Heads of Departments as requiredEnsure guest feedback is recorded accurately and action any service recovery process in a prompt and efficient mannerAssist reservations team in ensuring hotel specific SOP's are adhered toEnsure all accounting practices and processes are achieved per hotel specific SOP'sWork closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance and Restaurant and Bar Managers to deliver brand-standard rooms, products and servicesActively contribute towards reaching agreed hotel performance targets and objectivesMore About You A minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury 5-star propertyExceptional time management and organisational skillsEngaging leadership style that demonstrates a strong commitment to teamwork, but is also a strong individual contributorSelf-motivated and proactive in approachExemplary grooming and presentation standardsMust have availability for a 7-day roster and be able to work a flexible roster including shift work, weekends and public holidaysAs a Calile team member, you'll become part of a close-knit team operating one of Brisbane's busiest hotels.
