This is a busy role that is critical to the operation!? What you'll do Marketing Avis Budget products and services through identifying to customer needs, maximising sale opportunities and meeting sales goals set by management. Ensure that vehicles for rent meet company standards for cleanliness, mechanical/body condition and roadworthiness Ensure that returned vehicles are checked for body damage and report where necessary Leading and managing the team on shift through sales coaching and mentoring? Developing and fostering a harmonious team environment through counselling and resolving conflicts and disciplinary issues in accordance with the guidelines in collaboration with the Area Manager.
