About the Role: The Duty Manager will take the lead in the day to day operations of the business, ensuring a seamless operation and allowing customers to enjoy an exceptional experience. They will play a key role in creating a sense of atmosphere, training new team members and ensuring the venue complies with regulations. Looking for someone experienced in working in a fast-paced environment across a multi-faced venue. Attention to detail and a positive work ethic is a must. The ideal candidate will be a career focused manager with a strong gaming background who is interested in future opportunities for growth. Responsibilities: Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered across all aspects of the business Ensuring the venue operates safely and within restrictions Focused on the development of the team, with the ability to lead, train and coordinate staff in a motivating, efficient and effective manner Able to manage payments, cash handling and reporting Confident handling guest feedback and any complaints in an efficient and proactive manner Skills & Experience: A natural and confident leader with exceptional communication skills Passionate about customer service and delivering amazing experiences Maintaining knowledge of venue compliance, regulations and venue operations Have full availability to work a mix of nights, weekends and day shifts RSA & ARCG accredited Experience with gaming preferred A police check will be required for this role Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
