Experienced Duty Manager RSA & RCG a MUST Work with the best in the business overlooking the beach Seeking a duty manager to suport the general manager and wider team.
Strong experience within bar, gaming and complience.
Super busy multi-facet venue with gaming, great live music with some well known bands, high volume food turnover and events including weddings!
RSA & RCG is a must and advanced gaming preferred!!
Shift will mostly be nights so flexibility to be available is also a must.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the smooth operation of the bar and front-of-house service during shifts.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of bartenders and staff to deliver exceptional service.
Support stock management and ordering to ensure the bar is always well-stocked and organized.
Assist with cash up, running breaks, opens and closes of the venue.
Work closely with senior management to implement operational changes and new initiatives.
What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Duty Manager, or similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
A passion for the hospitality industry and a drive to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
