House Bar is on the ground floor and is a high volume, fast paced and fun ground floor offering, perfect for our patrons to enjoy a sneaky-work-lunch or a shared something, where they can kick-back with Japanese-inspired pub classics and rays for days.
Rekodo occupies the first floor.
A nod to Japanese listening rooms, Rekodo blurs the line between food, drink and music to create an immersive restaurant and music experience, the menu is grounded by flavours of Japan, with scope to explore wider Asian influences.
On the rooftop is Smoke, our premium cocktail bar boasting front row views of the harbour, where our guests can enjoy premium snacks and shares whilst sipping fun, playful and theatrical cocktails set to impress on balmy afternoons or star lit nights.
The Role
As Duty Manager, you will have hospitality in your DNA and be looking for a venue where you can grow and provide an exceptional service to its patrons.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will be hands on in overseeing the daily operation of Barangaroo House.
Hospo is your passion, from slinging funky cocktails at the bar and coordinating a busy bistro to providing a high level of service and building relationships with regulars.
You are passionate about good food and love creating the perfect atmosphere, guaranteeing patrons experience the best, every time.
Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including the day to day running of the shift, opening and closing the venue, back of house administration, banking, training and more.
Experience working as an Duty Manager or Restaurant Supervisor in some of Sydney's most reputable fast paced restaurants or venues will set you up for success.
