Duty Manager And Assistant Manager

The Royal Hotel is a high volume busy family-owned pub, and we are looking for experienced staff or those looking to take their next step up in hospitality to either Duty or Assistant Manager level.
We are focused on delivering high standards of customer service, which requires strong capability in managing and directing the flow of bar staff and activities across our bars, bistro, and outdoor areas.
The position requires solid experience at either Duty or Assistant Manager level, but we are also keen to talk to younger applicants with some experience who believe they have the drive to progress quickly with the right on-the-job training.
Your roster will require leadership shifts throughout the week, with no more than two late-night closes. We will assist you in obtaining RMLV/Approved Manager qualification at the appropriate time if required.
We are very prepared to pay at a higher rate for the right people and pride ourselves on our loyalty to committed team members.
