Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Account Manager to oversee client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the successful delivery of Duck Creek solutions. This role requires a dynamic individual with deep expertise in Duck Creek platforms, strong client management skills, and the ability to align business objectives with technical capabilities.
Skills:
8–13 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Duck Creek solution implementation or account management roles.In-depth knowledge of Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims modules.Familiarity with Duck Creek architecture, integration, and configuration best practices.Strong understanding of P&C insurance industry processes and workflows.Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and engagements.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.Understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions using Duck Creek technology.Drive client satisfaction through regular interactions, feedback loops, and issue resolution.Project Oversight and Delivery:Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality and timely implementation of Duck Creek products.Monitor project milestones, risks, and budgets to ensure alignment with client expectations.Provide strategic oversight for Duck Creek solution customization, integration, and support.Business Development:Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling Duck Creek services and solutions.Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare proposals and present solutions to clients.Stay informed of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to drive innovation for clients.Team Collaboration and Leadership:Work closely with technical teams, architects, and delivery managers to align project objectives.Guide and mentor junior team members to enhance delivery quality and account management skills.Governance and Reporting:Define and implement governance models to streamline communication and decision-making processes with clients.Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to both clients and internal leadership.
