You'll play a hands-on role across every stage, including client management, survey design, qualitative fieldwork (such as in-depth interviews, online communities, focus groups, and ethnographic studies), project management, and data analysis. Your insights will shape actionable recommendations, spark change, and tell compelling stories.With a strong focus on qualitative research, it's essential that you're comfortable leading focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnography, observations, online communities, and behavioural interventions.
