Engage with individuals and families facing co-occurring mental health issues and substance use disorders. Provide integrated support in accordance with Housing First principles. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to conduct assessments. Deliver tailored interventions that promote recovery and resilience.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications in mental health and substance use treatment. Experience in conducting assessments and delivering interventions.
