We are looking to recruit an experiencedDry Fire Technicianto work as part of an established team.
Roles and responsibilities will include: In field trouble shooting / fault finding on various makes and models of FDCIEField device replacements including programming and commissioning.Attending service calls for dry fire breakdowns and facilitating repairs.Providing assistance to the account management team with defect resolutions including part procurement and labour requirement.Working closely with the Dry Fire Division Manager and provide valuable technical and operational feedback on existing and new systems.Assist with annual and high level servicing of Tier 1 & 2 client FDCIE in accordance with AS1851-2012 when required.Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.Being organised and able to work calmly under pressure.Attending call-outs including being available to meet the requirements of an after hours roster.The Ideal Candidate will have: Experience in the fire industry – Ideally 5 years.Extensive knowledge of AS 1670 and AS 185.Programming experience.EAHL will be an advantage but not essential.Current Blue/White Card.
