This is a contract position and you can work remotely.In this role, you will collaborate with top clients and a highly talented team of Project Managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and testers who all share a love of design and digital innovation. Some of the key clients we've collaborated with in the past 12 months include Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders), Lowy Institute, NABERS, City of Parramatta, and Surf Life Saving NSW.The correct mindset:It's crucial that you understand the business-case needs of our clients from a non-technical aspect, and can effectively read tickets in Jira and execute them correctly. Our ideal applicant will be results-driven, adaptable, work well with a team, manage time and multitask effectively, and communicate clearly and efficiently.Experience and skills:Minimum 3 years of backend Drupal experienceKnows how to balance multiple tasks at onceKnows how to quickly identify what an issue is and a way to solve itExperience with PHP, theme hooks, and preprocessing for template filesProducing functional and technical specifications for projectsDefining appropriate architecture solutions based on functional and technical requirementsImplementing complex web applications, particularly involving systems integration and web services
