DASA is an Alice Springs based Alcohol & Other Drug Service providing residential and non-residential services in Central Australia and on Groote Eylandt. We are seeking an Executive Assistant Strategy to complement our Corporate Services Team.
The Executive Assistant Strategy role works as a member of the Head Office team and is responsible for carrying out a range of administrative and responsive strategic projects, together with providing support to the Executive Management as required. A key focus of the role is to coordinate the internal and external engagements of the Executive Management group, managing attendance, tracking participation and developing and monitoring action plans.
The position also undertakes a variety of other duties to support the efficient and effective delivery of services in the administrative unit at DASA. The position will be required to work closely with the Executive Assistant Administration to ensure comprehensive support to the DASA Executive.
The BENEFITS Salary Range 85-95k + Super Generous Salary Packaging arrangements that reduce taxable income and increase take home pay 6 x weeks paid annual leave per year 4 x paid mental health days per year Reporting to the Executive Manager Corporate Services you will work Monday-Friday at our Head Office location in Alice Springs.
Your Responsibilities Will Include: Coordination of meetings with key internal and external stakeholders Development and monitoring of action plans to ensure agreed commitments are fulfilled by stakeholders, both internal and external Development of collegiate relationships with like roles in external organisations to support strategic relationships and project development Supporting the Executive Team with office equipment and technology and providing a functional and digitally forward working environment Providing front office support in conjunction with the Executive Assistant Administration Project work - environmental improvements, corporate efficiencies, electronic system improvements In this role, you will have the opportunity to support work that positively impacts the lives of those in your community of Alice Springs, and beyond.
