Role Purpose: As a Dropship Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our Online Exclusive programme.
You will support the development of operational policies, monitor vendor and service provider performance, and contribute to the growth and technological enhancement of our dropship business.
Key Responsibilities: Safety First: Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing for both our team and customers.
Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Customer Focus: Enhance the customer experience by managing operational processes and resolving issues.
Operational Excellence: Identify and implement improvements in business processes and vendor performance.
Reporting: Provide accurate and timely operational reports and maintain programme documentation.
What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role, with experience in platforms and logistic programs such as TMS or freight aggregators.
Experience with Shippit, DSCO, Aftership or similar platforms highly regarded!
Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong analytical capabilities, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
Attributes: Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and outstanding written and verbal communication.
