The RoleWe are seeking a talented individual to manage the daily ball collection process of our Driving Range. Along with the management of the Driving Range, Mini Golf and Venue facilities and its key assets. The individual will be responsible for managing a small team and the contract of specialist trades to maintain the venues assets in prime condition to maximise their efficiency and longevity. This role demands effective leadership, strong organisation and effective communication skills. The ideal applicant will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working outdoors, operating machinery and overseeing a diverse range of trades.
