He has obtained the following certificates of accreditation: Certificate IV (motorcycle), Certificate II in Transport & Distribution (Road Transport), Certificate III in Transport & Distribution (Road Transport), Certificate III in Road Transport (Motor Vehicle Driving Instruction), and TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.The organisation chart is flat with 5 staff comprising of a Receptionist, 2 truck instructors, and 2 QRide trainers. With the demand in the field of work that our company is able to source, we would like to expand our staff in order to be able to meet the demands of this growing industry.You will be playing a vital part in the continued growth and smooth running of this team with your role, involving but not limited to:Professional delivery of training with students for heavy vehicles in accordance with the "Code of Conduct"Delivery of MC coursesRe-booking students at the end of lessons & advising office at time of booking to avoid double bookings or advise office to contact student if unable to make another date at the time.Maintaining effective communications between students, yourself, and administrationContacting office at end of lessons to make credit card payments if requiredAdvising office to arrange test booking for student prior to student being ready to sit so they are not left waiting a long period of time for booking.Working within a close-knit team and playing an integral part in the smooth running of the business, your hard work will be appreciated and rewarded.
