About the Role:
We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a passionate, motivated and experienced Service Driver to join our Toyota Service Team in Warwick Farm.
To succeed in this role you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment carrying out practical and hands on activities.
The role will involve the following:
Greet and assist customers at the dealership with a warm and welcoming manner
Direct customers for vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts purchasing
Collect and return customers' vehicles for service in a friendly, safe, and timely manner
Manage and direct visitor parking
Coordinate with Service Advisors to maintain pickup schedules
Drop off and pick up customers as required
Maintain a safe working environment
The successful candidate will need the following:
Valid Australian driver's license, maintaining a clean record
Warm, welcoming personality with a commitment to exceptional customer service
Flexibility for extended hours or overtime
Impeccable personal presentation
Outdoor work capability
Strong time management skills
Keen attention to detail
Positive and proactive attitude
