Job DescriptionJob Description As a Driver Trainer at SCT Logistics based in Altona reporting to the Depot Manager, you will play a crucial role within the crewing department. Your main responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality training to new and existing drivers, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.Developing and implementing training programmes that focus on safety procedures, operational efficiency, and customer service excellence.Evaluating trainee performance and providing constructive feedback to support their professional development.Maintaining accurate training records and documentation in accordance with organisational requirements.Staying current with industry trends and legislative changes to continuously improve the training curriculum.Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and continuously improve the overall driver training process. Desired Skills and ExperienceDesired Skills and Experience The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
