Job Summary Responsibilities and Duties Monitor driver hours and ensure compliance with regulationsManage Training recordsDriver training and inductionPlanning holidaysRecruit DriversManaging staff levelsManaging allocation of equipment to ensure minimum down timeLiaise with operations team to ensure smooth operationWork closely with management and supervisors for optimum work force supportDocumentation control of forms, job specifications etc.General administration required of the Human Resource function.Policy and Procedure creation, implementation and administration.Employee relations management- hearings, performance reviews, investigations etc.Employee engagement organisation and implementation.The candidate should be able to work on their own initiative.
