Your role: As an Army Driver in the Australian Defence Force, you'll play a pivotal role in the operation and management of sophisticated military vehicles in all conditions, over all kinds of terrain.
You'll be responsible for transporting cargo, personnel and dangerous goods to support training and operations in Australia and overseas.
Your Military duties include, but aren't limited to: Driving specialist vehicles including G Wagons, Hawkei PMV-L and heavy utility trucks.

Drivers are employed across most Army locations primarily QLD, NSW, SA and the NT.
Salary: Upon commencing training, your starting salary will be approximately $56,385 per annum plus 16.4% superannuation and your pay will increase as you progress through training.
On completion of your initial military training and initial employment training, you'll enjoy a package starting from $76,700 per annum.
As part of your training for this Driver role, you'll earn qualifications for the operation of certain vehicles.
Eligibility: For this role, you must:
Be at least 17 years of age when you enter the ADF Hold at least a current learners license and have a current provisional/probationary driver's licence at the time of enlistment Have completed an Australian Year 10 education (or equivalent) with passes in English and Mathematics Be an Australian citizen.
