Job Description
Provide safe, efficient, and effective driver services, messenger, and administrative support to the hotel.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Drive hotel vehicles to securely deliver and collect packages, documents, written and verbal messages, and other items to the intended location or recipient in a timely manner;Maintain accurate records related to the receipt and delivery of packages, documents, messages, and other items, including tracking time of and parties to the delivery;Organize daily Heartist and admin-related transportation requests of the hotel;Organize and coordinate pickup and drop-off of authorized personnel;Log official trips, daily mileage, and fill in the vehicle data form at the end of the day;Support the hotel's refurbishment project with all transportation needs;Perform other related duties as assigned;Ensure that the vehicle being used is kept in good condition;Assist with T&C related tasks as required. Qualifications
Excellent driving skillsPreferably good knowledge of basic car maintenanceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredDriver's license and clean driving record requiredMinimum 1-year experience in a related field3 years of driving experience with a clean safe driving record Additional Information
