Rescheduling work where required.Able to adapt to emergencies and make on the spot decisions.Hold regular toolbox talks with drivers & operatorsAssist in plant operations when required Skills and Experience Must hold an open-class HR licenseForklift license preferred, or willing to obtainWaste experience advantageous, not essential as full training is provided No issues completing physical laboring as is the nature of the positionA strong commitment to safety; and a willingness to work as part of a teamMust be able to pass pre-employment medical and drug screen
