JOB DESCRIPTION About the Role Team Global Express is currently seeking a qualified HR Driver to commence immediately at our Depot located in Emerald. This is a Full Time Permanent Role that provides you with the opportunity to join our Dedicated Pick Up and Delivery Team to service our major clients and customers throughout the Central Highlands Region. That's why we provide a Location Allowance in addition to your standard hourly rate. Key Responsibilities and Requirements $30.51 Per Hour Plus 15% Superannuation. You will also receive a Location Allowance which applies to all Ordinary Hours worked prior to any Overtime Commitments. This is a Permanent Full Time position, 7.6 hours x 5 Days a week Must be Flexible to accommodate a Rotating Roster Overtime is Available for this role – Work up to 12 hours per day depending on Business Requirements. Weekend work may also be available when required. You must hold an Unconditional HR Licence. You must be able to drive a combination of Automatic and Manual Heavy Vehicles Must have previous experience in a similar role Must have a safety first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes Complete deliveries and pick ups promptly and according to time frames Restraining loads safely as well as the correct use of straps and chains where required Complete own vehicle pre-start checks Please Note: There is no set allocation of trucks in this position Key Benefits Remuneration: $30.51 Per Hour Competitive Super and Allowances: 15% Superannuation and a Location Allowance which applies to all ordinary hours worked Overtime Available: Overtime Rates apply outside of Regular Working Hours Our Brand: Team Global Express was listed as one of LinkedIn's Top Companies of 2023 in Australia.
