About the Role As a vital member of the Grace Records Management team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and account management to some of Australia's top organisations and government agencies.
The duties will include: Order collection and delivery of client records and information Customer service queries Maintaining high profile account service delivery Daily record management and security of client records to ensure compliant delivery and storage Processing and retrieval of valuable information and document management of client requests Working with computer technology with scanners, PCs, etc.
About You To be considered for this role, you will have the following: Minimum MR Licence required Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to relate well to our clients at all levels with confidence Be hard working and reliable Be well groomed and physically fit to perform manual handling tasks Have good computer literacy skills Warehouse and or transport experience preferred Flexibility with work hours and days Work well under pressure and be a good team player Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
