The Opportunity With the season in full swing, we're on the lookout for experienced Driver Guides to join our dynamic team based in Alice Springs. You'll be living and working in the Red Centre, surrounded by iconic landscapes. The Role As a Full-Time Driver Guide with AAT Kings, you'll lead the way in delivering exceptional tours for our guests. Based in Alice Springs, you'll be driving day tours showcasing the breathtaking beauty of Central Australia, including Uluru, Kata Tjuta, Kings Canyon, and more. You'll also operate shuttle and charter services, ensuring every journey is memorable. With no two days alike, and comprehensive training provided, you'll be well-prepared for all the adventures ahead.

What you'll need to succeed: A valid HR license (or currently obtaining) Minimum 1 year of coach driving experience (desirable) Current "Provide First Aid" certificate and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Current NT Vehicle Passenger Authority (or willingness to obtain) Police Check and Medical Check Park Accreditation (Uluru & Kata Tjuta Knowledge for Tour Guides) Confidence, customer focus, conscientiousness, and excellent communication skills A passion for the outdoors and the ability to thrive in a physically demanding environment What's in it for you? 5 weeks annual leave Staff travel discounts for family and friends 12 weeks paid parental leave (for eligible employees) 2 team engagement days per year Access to retail and wellbeing discounts 2 days paid leave per year for volunteer opportunities Join Our Team As part of The Travel Corporation, we push boundaries to create remarkable experiences for our guests and team members alike.
