You will be responsible for ensuring an efficient service is provided to our clients in order to meet client needs and demands of the business.
About The Role As a member of the Grace Records Management team you will be providing premium customer service and account management to some of Australia's leading organisations and government agencies.
The Duties Will Include Delivery and Collection of items within specified timeframes securely and with care Maintaining high profile account service delivery Processing and retrieval of valuable information and document management of client requests Communicate effectively with clients and customer service Working with computer technology with scanners, PCs, etc.
About You To be considered for this role, you will have the following: Minimum Car Licence Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to relate well to our clients at all levels with confidence Be reliable, punctual and customer focused Be well groomed and physically fit to perform manual handling tasks Have good computer literacy skills Strong knowledge of Sydney CBD and surrounding suburbs Flexibility with work hours and days Work well under pressure and be a good team player Training will be provided to the successful applicant.
