What is in it for you? As part of closing the gender gap of drivers in the waste management industry, Cleanaway is running a Driver Academy for Women to address substantive equality for female identifying or non-binary persons in the industry by removing some of the barriers preventing them from getting involved.
Cleanaway is seeking women, female identifying or non-binary persons to participate in an intensive training program which includes licencing and other training required to set you up to be a driver within our operations team, followed by ongoing learning for the next 12 months.
