Reporting to the Store Manager and joining our National Community of Drinks Specialists, this specialised role provides customers with passionate knowledge and passion across both our wine & spirit selection. With so many options to choose from, we've created experts in this category to guide customers on a taste expedition. The ROLE: Actively engage customers in an authentic way in store, sharing wine & spirit product knowledge and providing exceptional service. Work collaboratively with the store leadership team in setting up and facilitating customer events. Advocate for My Dan's loyalty by engaging with customers to understand benefits and product offerings. Assist in developing the product knowledge of team members in the store. Undertake a variety of instore tasks, including customer service and inventory tasks as well as duty management. Make decisions through and role model our Values and Ways of Working. Contribute to store sales planning processes by sharing your specialist product knowledge and recommendations on product lines.
