Drilling Engineer

OSM People is now seeking Expression of Interest for all Drilling Engineers to join our dynamic team and lead the innovative Oil & Gas and Renewables projects.
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in the planning and execution of drilling operations, ensuring safety, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence.
   Key responsibilities: Working together to compile the documentation needed for both internal and external bids on drilling equipment and associated drilling services.
Assessing and maintaining existing wells, ensuring safety measures are implemented, elements of design and calculating costs of machinery and construction Evaluation of the necessity of producing the product in-house and confirmation of reliable manufacturing companies for use in the production process.
evaluating and contrasting purchasing standards and requirements with technical details of products and properties, as well as pertinent maps.
Getting the operating instructions ready.
Drafting and completing the drilling schedule.
Monitoring operational data while it's in use.
Reviewing the financial and technical proposals from subcontractors; preparing and revising the technical assessment of the presented proposals.
