About You Successful candidates will possess the following: Current drilling or blast crew experience with significant open-cut mining experience Drill skills / experience with DMM3, 412i and DK90 will be highly regarded A genuine commitment to safety Strong communication skills and a track record of achieving results through influence Motivated, enthusiastic individual who can work with minimal supervision and engage in team operations Minimum C Class Driver's licence, HR/MR drivers licence highly regarded Flexible, team-orientated approach with strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated reading, writing and computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Passion for continuous improvement to drive individual and team performance About Our Process At BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
