Join the King of the Hills Mine Project team as an EXPERIENCED Underground Drill Fitter who will be responsible for looking after our raise drill rigs in a safe manner and in accordance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
About the roleFIFO from Perth2:2 Nights/Days roster (flying back from Day Shift)7% market uplift bonus - paid quarterly
Project Location: King of the Hills Gold Mine is located in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia, 28km north of Leonora.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Carrying out scheduled servicing and providing technical support in a safe and efficient manner;
Providing diagnostics and repairs to breakdowns on site;
Keeping appropriate maintenance records;
Maintaining a high level of housekeeping in your work area.
About you:
Previous experience in a similar role, accompanied by an Australian Recognised Trade Certificate;
Previous experience working on Raise Drills such as Herrenknecht, Robbins, Epiroc, and Atlas Copco as well as Volvo IT's;
Demonstrated diagnostic and fault-finding skills;
High regard for safety;
Current MANUAL Drivers Licence (Mandatory).
