You'll be part of a team who are focused on working together to deliver improvement. This is a role that would be suitable for those with strong existing skills in the field or those interested in learning from a very experienced team. This position is being offered is on 8 days on 6 days off roster. Core responsibilities • Assist with development of stope designs. • Provide input into the weekly plan • Produce drill plans for production holes, raise bores and service holes as required. • Produce Charge designs and Firing plans. • Provide appropriate information and assistance to operations to accurately execute engineering designs. • Ensure that files are stored in an accurate and orderly manner.About you You will have a tertiary education in Mining Engineering or equivalent. Previous experience working at an underground hard rock mine will be an advantage.Safety is a priority for you, and you actively contribute to making your workplace safe. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, which allows you to build relationships across departments and to communicate at all levels.
